No. Most accounts are not ruined; they are unfocused. We fix that by stopping waste, choosing one priority and aiming future resources at it.

The rescue plan

Stop spending rare flexible resources for 48 hours.
Choose one main march.
Keep permanent growth queues running.
Fix one bottleneck at a time.

Step 1: stop the leaks

Until you have a plan, do not make large optional spends with:

Continue normal building, research, troop training and free claims. We are freezing bad decisions, not freezing the account.

Step 2: check your account's health

I am in an active alliance.Members help timers, run rallies, donate and show up for alliance events.
My permanent queues stay busy.Building, research and troop training rarely sit empty.
Most rare hero resources go into one main march.Your best five should look meaningfully stronger than your backup teams.
My strongest available troop tier is being trained or upgraded.Old troops are useful, but higher-tier troops usually improve combat performance.
Research supports my current goal.I am not buying random nodes solely because they are available.
My Hospital has room before major battles.A full Hospital can turn recoverable injuries into a much worse problem.
I open resource boxes only when I need them.Resources in your bag are generally safer than resources exposed in your account.

How to read your scoreUnchecked boxes are not failures. They are your repair list. Start with the first unchecked box and do not try to fix all seven tonight.

Step 3: choose one main march

Your main march is the five-hero team you trust for your hardest fight. It should receive the majority of scarce hero fragments, Skill materials, strong gear and Signature Weapon investment.

If your account looks like this	Do this next
Three teams are almost equal	Stop spreading rare resources. Pick the team that already performs best and widen the gap.
One hero is far ahead of everyone	Strengthen the other four members of that hero's main march instead of starting another superstar project.
Your favorite heroes keep losing	Check roles, formation and battle reports before spending more. “I like them” and “they work together” are different questions.
You do not know which team is best	Run repeatable Arena tests against similar opponents and compare damage, healing and damage taken.

Step 4: fix one bottleneck

Choose the first problem actually blocking progress:

Required building or research prerequisite
Main-march hero breakpoint
Troop tier or troop count
Hospital capacity before war
Permanent combat research

Finish or meaningfully improve that bottleneck before chasing the next red notification.

Do not restart unless...

Starting over is usually worse than repairing an established account. Consider restarting only if the state is extremely new, the account has almost no investment and a new start would place you into a much stronger alliance. Otherwise, keep the progress you already paid for—with time or money.
